This is a quick and tasty side dish that complements any rice preparation. Fresh mint adds extra fragrance and great flavor to the dish. No other seasoning or masala powders are used.

Ingredients

200 grams (1 cup) Yogurt

100 grams (1 medium) Cucumber roughly chopped

10-15 Mint Leaves roughly chopped

1 small Green Chili finely chopped

ΒΌ teaspoon Salt

 

Directions

Put yogurt in a large bowl.

Whisk it, so that there are no lumps. This also smoothens the texture.

Now add all remaining ingredients.

Mix well with the help of spoon.

Raita is ready to be served with any biryani or pulao.
