This is a great looking dish to impress your guests. It is a very simple fruit salad and a perfect food for hot summers. It is served chilled. The trick is to keep all the fruits in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour and then take them out to quickly prepare the salad and serve.
Equipment and Utensils
Large mixing bowl
200 grams (1 cup) Musk Melon Balls
150 grams (¾ cup) Water Melon Balls
200 grams (1 cup) Black Grapes
½ Lemon Juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Melon Juice
Take a large non-reactive bowl (like glass, stainless steel or enamel).
Toss in the melon balls and grapes.
In a small non-reactive bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
Pour over the melon balls and grapes, and toss to coat.
