This dish is made up of soya nuggets, and these nuggets are a very healthy protein source for vegetarians. Since we have meat lovers in the family, I was hesitating to make any dish with soya in it. Somehow, a friend of mine gave me 2 packets of soya nuggets and I ended up cooking this tasty recipe. You will find that it tastes as good as Chicken Chilli.
So make it at home and do write in and let me know how it turns out.

Directions
Put all ingredients mentioned under the tag ‘For Marinating’ in a big bowl.
Add cooked soya nuggets and mix well. Do not add water.
All spices will stick to the soya nuggets; let them marinate for 20 minutes.
Next add oil in a wok and put it on medium flame.
When oil gets hot, start frying a batch of 10 to 12 soya nuggets.
Fry well; with help of a slotted spoon remove the fried nuggets onto absorbent papers.
Fry all nuggets in the same manner.
Now carefully remove oil from wok.
The wok will be greasy with oil so do not add more oil.
If you are using a separate wok then add 1½ teaspoon of oil in it.
Keep it on high flame.
When oil gets hot add chopped chillies, ginger and garlic.
Fry well till they get a nice golden brown color.
Now add capsicum pieces, salt and pepper.
Roast them on high flame so that small brown patches start appearing on them.
After that add soya sauce and corn flour mixed with water.
A thick gravy will form after stirring for 30 seconds.
Add fried soya pieces and vinegar; stir fry well for another 30 to 40 seconds.
Soya Chilli is now ready to serve.
