150 grams (1 bunch) Spinach Leaves picked, cleaned and washed
Put 1 liter of water in a sauce pan and keep it on high heat.
When water comes to boil add all spinach leaves.
Make sure that all leaves are completely immersed in the water.
Let them boil for 2 minutes.
Strain the leaves and wash them under running tap water.
Leave them in the strainer until all excess water drains out.
Blend the mixture to a smooth paste.
Spinach puree is ready to use.
