There are a lot of prawns recipes too. So prawns lovers can have a look at recipes like Tom Yum soup with prawns, Prawns in malwani spicy gravy, Coconut Gravy with Prawns, Prawns Pulav and Tandoori Prawns.
It is pretty obvious that prawns fried rice should also have its place here since it is an Indo-Chinese recipe and it also contains my favorite prawns. So here it is, the recipe for prawns fried rice.
This recipe is very easy to make and doesn’t require any side dish to go with it. We usually have it with a little schezwan sauce or sweet chilli sauce. It needs some preparation time since you have to cut vegetables. The ginger and garlic need to be finely chopped too. Also some time is needed in cleaning and deveining prawns. Once everything is ready it gets cooked in less than 10 minutes.
Have you tried making this at home yet! 🙂
